By engaging with Northstone Marketing services or communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services: Northstone Marketing provides social media marketing, content creation, strategy consulting, and related services as outlined in individual service agreements.

SMS Communications: By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS communications from Northstone Marketing. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Payment: All fees are outlined in your service agreement. Retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has begun.

Limitation of Liability: Northstone Marketing does not guarantee specific business results from services rendered.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
